Well, dear House Hunters, I got an offer on my house today. But don’t give up hope yet — we’re making a counter offer so you still might have a chance.
Look how much space you have in the basement! Plenty of space for you and your car to escape all the crazy hail we’ve been having in Nashville so far this year.

Dear House Hunters,
I love springtime at my house. The temperature outside starts rising and I can open the windows for some fresh air.
The breeze blows through the house and keeps it at a wonderfully comfortable temperature. No need for heat or A/C at this time of year. Save energy, save money! Both the planet and your wallet win!
Sincerely,
Me
P.S. My house is listed here.
Dear House Hunters,
If bees make you jumpy, beware the cherry trees in my yard. The trees are starting to bloom and the bees are out doing their pollinating thing.
Sincerely,
Me
P.S. Check the house out here.
I usually only eat one-half of an avocado in one sitting. But then I would have another half of an avocado that would turn brown before I could use it the next day.
So I googled it.
And discovered that you can place your leftover avocado in a container with a couple pieces of onion to keep the avocado fresh.
It works!
Something about the sulfuric acid in the onion keeps the avocado fresh.
This discovery makes life a lot tastier.
Grandma brought chocolates with her to Chicago — those heart-shaped Dove chocolates for Valentine’s Day.
My 13 and 12-year-old nephews discovered the little sayings written on the inside of the wrappers.
The 13-year-old was told to “be mysterious” and “hold hands firmly and hearts softly.”
The 12-year-old was told to “always remember your first crush” and “savor the small romantic moments.”
Boy, were they blushing.
